This will be a non-threatening self-defense training session
for women (age 16 yrs and older).
It will focus mainly on threat awareness and
avoidance techniques.
Beverages will be provided.
This is an outdoor training session so sunscreen, a
blanket or chair to sit on, and comfortable weather appropriate attire are
recommended.
It is subject to rescheduling due to inclement
weather or lack of participation. We will notify you on or
before the morning of the session, by email and/or phone if rescheduling is required.
