About
Our philosophy is that self-defense and security must be simple. Any techniques must be simple to learn and easy to remember. These techniques should be able to be learned quickly and be remembered for a lifetime. They also must work for just about everyone from children to the elderly. Also, we believe that situational awareness is paramount to maintaining your safety. If you are aware of a threat, you can more easily protest against it. In fact, you can often avoid it completely.
Your most effective weapon, by far, is your brain. If you use this, it is far less likely that you will become targeted for an attack and far more likely to survive an accident or disaster.
